Boston City, USA – 2019 – a Global intellectual, cultural and economical powerful city

Boston is 30th most economically developed city in the world, as it is a dominant seaport harbor. It is also the home of great prestigious colleges and universities, such as MIT, Harvard and Cambridge, and this significantly contributes to its growing economy. Moreover, it is considered an innovative city too, as it has lots of high-tech companies, biotechnology hubs and research institutions. With all that, it is a dynamic and energetic city, which captivates with its beautiful architecture, rich history and culture.

Boston is home to numerous museums and libraries, so we found this perfect spot for recreation in the Courtyard of the Public Library, which by the way, is usually home to various events and concerts.

Boston also intrigues with its ravishing Colonial, Victorian and Art deco style architecture, a robust combination of old white granite and brick buildings, with the new structural contemporary sky scrapers. Therefor, it is absolutely delightful to just take a walk through the city center, and enjoy it’s charming vibe.

As it is a big city to explore, we felt like taking a break at Public Garden, but not until we tried the tasty cupcakes at Georgetown cupcake store.

As it is the first Public botanical Garden in USA, the Boston Public Garden has a great variety of plants and flowers, and is created in an English landscape garden style. Besides, it has the most cute friendly squirrels which are very welcoming with the tourists.

And just exploring more and more of the downtown Boston, you can easily get lost through it’s historical sights, with it’s buildings, churches and monuments.

Heading to an intellectual tour, there is the unique Harvard University square where we took a walk through its beautiful campus buildings.

Also, nearby is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where there are lots of interactive exhibitions at MIT Museum.

And if feeling very adventurous it is interesting to try boat sailing, on Charles River, it is an amazing experience, especially when the weather is perfect.

Boston has a glorious spirit with all its notorious history, museums, universities, cafes and restaurants. The stunning British style architecture, mixed with modern touches, and also the variety of lifestyles, makes you want to explore and discover all of its treasures.
